Refund Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with our services. Learn about our refund terms and conditions.

Refund Eligibility

We understand that sometimes circumstances change. Our refund policy is designed to be fair while recognizing the nature of creative work:

  • New Website Projects: Full refund available if requested within 7 days of initial payment, before any design work begins.
  • Redesign Projects: Full refund available within 7 days of initial payment if no work has commenced.
  • After Work Begins: No refunds once design or development work has started, as our services are customized per project.

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refund:

  • Work that has been completed and approved
  • Custom designs or code created specifically for your project
  • Third-party costs (domain registration, hosting, plugins)
  • Monthly maintenance fees for months already rendered
  • Work completed after client approval or feedback integration

Revision Policy

We include reasonable revisions within each project scope:

  • New Website: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included in the project scope.
  • Redesign: Up to 2 rounds of revisions included in the project scope.
  • Additional Revisions: Can be provided at an hourly rate or may be subject to additional fees.

Project Cancellation

If you need to cancel a project in progress:

  • You will be charged for all work completed up to the cancellation date
  • Any remaining balance for incomplete work will be refunded
  • All deliverables completed prior to cancellation remain the property of the client

Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds are issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5-10 business days
  • You will receive email confirmation once the refund has been initiated
